Widerrufsrecht
Due to legal regulations on the sale of alcoholic beverages in Germany, opened and consumed products cannot be returned for safety and health reasons. Returns are only accepted for products that are:
• Delivered with visible damage,
• Incorrect (you received a different item than ordered), or
• Delivered in a defective condition.
Alcohol products cannot be returned simply for change of mind once initially received in acceptable condition.
